These terms cover the personal scheduling service atcal.haseebarshad.com, this website, and the AI assistant that answers +1 516-757-0625 and the chat on this website, all operated by Haseeb Arshad.
What this service is
A personal, non-commercial scheduling tool that lets people book time with Haseeb Arshad. It is self-hosted and run for one person's own use. It is not a product sold to anyone, there is no paid tier, and no account is offered to the public beyond booking a meeting.
Acceptable use
By booking through this service you agree not to:
- make bookings you do not intend to attend, or book in bulk;
- submit false contact details or impersonate someone else;
- use the booking form to send unsolicited advertising;
- attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Bookings that breach these terms may be cancelled without notice.
Text messaging (SMS) program
- Program: Haseeb Arshad's AI assistant, at +1 516-757-0625.
- What it does: replies to people who text the number, answering questions about Haseeb's professional background and work, booking a meeting with him, or passing on a message. It is not used for marketing or promotions.
- How you opt in: by sending a text to the number. Messages are only ever sent in reply to people who have texted first.
- Message frequency: varies with the conversation.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) at any time. You will receive one message confirming the opt-out and no further messages. Reply START to subscribe again.
- Help: reply HELP, or emailhaseeb.arshad55@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: how your number and messages are handled is set out in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information and opt-in data are never shared or sold for marketing.
Meetings may be recorded
Meetings held on the self-hosted video service may be recorded and transcribed so notes can be produced. This is disclosed in the event description before you join, and again in the meeting itself. If you do not consent, contact the operator before joining and an alternative will be arranged. Follow the recording and consent laws that apply to you.
Availability
This is a personally run service on personally owned hardware. It is offered as-is, with no uptime guarantee, and may be unavailable, interrupted, or withdrawn at any time. Confirmed meetings may need to be rescheduled.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this service, including a missed or rescheduled meeting. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your data
How booking details, Google Calendar data, and meeting recordings are handled is set out in thePrivacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
These terms may change; the date above shows when they last did. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
