The challenge

What the system needed to solve

Mount compact servers and networking hardware cleanly under a desk while preserving airflow, serviceability, cable routing, and reproducible construction.

Engineering decisions

Designed the enclosure around the real device dimensions, connector clearances, cooling paths, and mounting constraints.

Published dimensioned drawings, a step-by-step build guide, downloadable models, and source assets.

Built separate rack and cutting-layout viewers so readers can inspect the design interactively before fabrication.

Vendored the pinned Three.js runtime so the project does not depend on a third-party CDN.
